Websites & online stores

Which website package fits my business?

Website Essential is a compact starting point with up to four pages. Business offers up to eight pages, two standard forms and one content module. Premium includes a custom design, up to twelve pages, two content modules and one integration scoped in advance.

Compare the website packages to see which approach suits your plans.

How much does a new website cost?

Website Essential starts at €749, Business at €1,499 and Premium at €2,999, excluding 21% VAT. These are starting prices for the package scope described. We discuss and estimate any extra pages, features or requirements upfront.

Hosting, domain registration, email, paid licences and ongoing maintenance are separate from the one-off website price unless explicitly included in the quote.

Do you also build online stores?

Yes, we develop online stores with WordPress and WooCommerce. We tailor products, payment methods, shipping and integrations to your range and processes.

Can you build my website in multiple languages?

Yes. Multilingual functionality is quoted as an add-on to Website Business or Premium. The number of languages, page scope, translations and domain structure determine the additional cost. Translations and paid licences are only included when specified.

Working together & handover

How long does it take to build a website?

Typical timelines are two to four weeks for Essential, four to six weeks for Business and six to ten weeks for Premium. The timeline starts once we have all the required content, decisions and access.

We agree on the final schedule upfront based on the project and available capacity.

Which text and images do I need to provide?

Provide your logo, final text and usable images. We add the agreed content and optimise suitable images within the package scope. Business and Premium also include advice on structure and light copy editing.

Full copywriting, photography, brand identity and translation are discussed separately.

Can I edit my website myself after handover?

Yes, you can manage the content in WordPress. Which pages, products and content modules you can edit depends on the solution you choose. We set up the dashboard to match the agreed scope.

For technical changes or new features, you can also use Development & Support.

Is a quote request without obligation?

Yes. First, tell us what you need. Then we discuss your goals and options and send a suitable proposal. We usually respond personally within one working day.

Maintenance & hosting

What’s the difference between hosting and website maintenance?

Hosting is the technical environment your website runs on. Website maintenance covers WordPress, themes, plugins and upkeep of the site itself. We discuss which combination suits you.

Can you take over my existing website?

Yes, we first review the current condition of your WordPress site and its technical environment. Then we agree on the transition, any improvements and future maintenance.

Is maintenance included when you build a website?

Ongoing maintenance is a separate service. After handover, the packages include a period for fixing demonstrable build defects: fourteen days for Essential and thirty days for Business and Premium.

Updates, ongoing maintenance and content changes after approval are covered by separate agreements.

Can you help with business email and Google Workspace?

Yes, we help with professional email on your domain and Google Workspace setup, including mailboxes, users, calendars and file collaboration. We agree on migration and ongoing management upfront.
